    How Do I Exchange A Shirt I Purchased?

    Voteprints gladly accepts exchanges of unworn / unwashed items within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please send your unworn / unwashed items to us at:

    Include a note (or, ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:

    - The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.

    - The item(s) and size(s) you want in exchange.

    If you're exchanging for a t-shirt, remember to include if you would like a men's, women's, junior's, or kid's t-shirt.

    Available sizes include:

    • T-Shirts: Small through XL
    • Women's Tees: Small through XL
    • Tanks: XS through XL
    • Hoodies: Small through XL

    Note: Items are considered a direct exchange (shirt for shirt), regardless of how much you paid or the current list price. However, additional charges may apply if you are exchanging for a different product.

    - The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.

    Please Note:

    • Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the US Postal Service, but you can ship it via any major carrier.
    • We do not charge a restocking fee.

    How Do I Return A Shirt I Purchased?

    Unfortunately, we can not accept returns due to the personalization of these items. However, if you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we'll do whatever is necessary to make you happy. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!

    How Are Refunds Handled?

    If you are due a refund from

    • Refunds will be made through the original method of payment. This means it will go back onto the credit card or into the PayPal account that placed the order. We cannot send cash refunds.
    • Customer pays return shipping on returns. We recommend using the US Postal Service, but you can ship it via any major carrier.
    • We do not charge a restocking fee.
